ArtWalk  2008

APRIL 26 & 27, 2008 | BOOTH 307-308
846913-1149728-thumbnail.jpg ArtWalk in Little Italy is here once again! As we all know, Spring in San Diego is synonymous with ArtWalk, which always takes place on the last weekend of April from 12p.m. to 6 p.m. Cynthia will be there bright and early with coffee in hand.
Don't look for her kisses paintings, because you will not find them at ArtWalk this year. Instead, you will be the first to get a glimpse of Cynthia's newest paintings. If you are in need of some lighthearted pleasure and a little good humor, then stop by the bright side of Cedar Street at booths numbered 307 and 308 to experience bold and vivid colors that will make you smile. Agora Gallery, New York (Figurative Expressions)

MARCH 25, 2008 THROUGH APRIL 15, 2008
846453-1422936-thumbnail.jpg Starting on March 25, 2008 and through April 15, 2008, Cynthia Colis will participate in the new collective exhibition entitled “Figurative Expressions” at Chelsea New York’s Agora Gallery. “Figurative Expressions” offers a new platform for exposing human expression. The human figure has been the fundamental muse since primitive times. Far from the caves and rocks on which we first scrawled, the artists in “Figurative Expressions” developed their own language to explore the human condition through a variety of figurative studies. Each image is a highly personal, riveting look into the ongoing process of living. Cynthia Colis will have some new pieces present, as well as her classic “kisses” during this collective exhibition. Colis will be in Chelsea New York for the Opening Reception on Thursday, March 27, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. at 530 West 25th Street, Chelsea New York, New York 10001. For more information, please call 212.226.4151 or visit www.Agora-Gallery.com
